Margaret Catellier for Town Council
MARGARET CATELLIER brings proven nonpartisan leadership to the Town Board. She is an experienced community leader and a founding member of the Friends of Clifton Park Open Space, which became the nucleus of the original Town Open Space Committee to which she was appointed.
In the 30 years that she has lived in Clifton Park with her husband and two sons in the Evergreen Estates neighborhood, Catellier has taken the lead in many community activities, including serving in 2006 as President of the Shenendehowa Football booster club and as a parent representative on the Shenendehowa High School principal search committee. She is active in St. Edward's parish as a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Buildings & Ground Committee. Catellier is also engaged in organizing this year's local Relay for Life, on behalf of the American Cancer Society.
Catellier is a sales/service representative with Northeast Controls, Inc. where she manages the delivery of outstanding customer service through a continuous commitment to operational excellence, superior engineering, and technical expertise. She was previously a nurse, where she learned the art of listening and caring for others. Prior to joining Northeast Controls, Catellier worked at her family's business where she developed people skills and management experience.
"I will apply my experience and skills to bring together the differing viewpoints of the entire community to develop and move ideas forward in Clifton Park and make it a place where all generations enjoy living. As a Town Council Member, I will serve with honesty, integrity and concern for all people’s opinions."
