Open & Ethical Government through Balanced Representation
The mission of the Clifton Park Democratic Committee is to promote open and ethical government through balanced representation of the residents of the Town of Clifton Park.
We will do this by:
- Promoting and leading the Clifton Park Democratic Committee and the Party's members in all Democratic Party endeavors
- Advocating positions on issues of importance to the Democratic Party
- Identifying, recruiting, nominating and electing the best candidates for both Democratic Party and Town offices
- Being responsible watchdogs of issues and officeholders to ensure our principles and interests, as well as those of the general public, are being pursued
- Recruiting new residents to become Democrats
- Raising funds for the Democratic Party and its candidates
- Being active in all Democratic Party endeavors
- Protecting the democratic and civil rights of our residents
- Protecting the natural environment and the health of the public
